About the Job
Requirements
:
Language: must be speak Spanish and English.
Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor.
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation.
OSHA 2 a 6 certification (or similar).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage crews, schedules, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and following safety standards.
Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
Maintain accurate reports and documentation.
